The notice of AGM and integrated annual report are being distributed toshareholders today, 29 October 2014. South African shareholders are advised that the physical mailing process forthe notice of AGM and integrated annual report is likely to be delayed due toongoing industrial action by employees of the South African Post Office. Shareholders are advised that the notice of AGM and the full integrated annualreport, including the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June2014, will be available on the Company's website at www.panafricanresources.comfrom today and that the salient dividend dates will be notified to shareholderson the same day as the AGM.
