reach4entertainment, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, today announces that it has posted to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting to take place on Friday, 29th June 2012, at 11.00 am at the offices of Seymour Pierce Ltd, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the 13 months ended 31 December 2011 have been posted to shareholders today. In accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, an electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website at www.r4e.com.
