Merger with Marlowe plc; and
Cancellation to trading on AIM of Marlowe Holdings Limited
Further to the announcement of the proposed Merger with Marlowe plc on 29 February 2016, the Merger has now become effective and the issued share capital of Marlowe Holdings Limited will be cancelled to trading on AIM at 7.00am tomorrow (31 March 2016).
Further to previous announcements, the Ordinary Shares of Marlowe plc will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00am tomorrow (31 March 2016).
