Offer & Issue of Equity
The board of Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc is pleased to announce that, in connection with the offer for subscription for C ordinary shares of 1p each ("C Shares") that opened on 7 January 2011 ("Offer"), applications have been received which will result in the minimum subscription level of £1 million being achieved.
As a result, an allotment of 1,644,826 C Shares has taken place today at an issue price of £1 per share pursuant to the Offer.
Application for the C Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities has been made and it is expected that admission will take place on 5 April 2011.
Applications in respect of the 2010/2011 tax year may continue be lodged until 12.00 noon on 5 April 2010 by delivery to the offices of the receiving agent, Capita Registrars, Corporate Actions, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU
