New issue announcement: Share Options

eServGlobal advises that it has issued 8,700,000 options under the Employee Share Ownership Plan that was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 28 March 2012. The options have an exercise price of AUD 36 cents (22p at current exchange rate) and are exercisable on or after 14 May 2014. The options will expire on 14 May 2017 and bring total share options in the Company to 10,310,000.
