EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to RNS Number 4489K made on 15 July 2011, the Company has today paid interest due to Convertible Loan Note holders of £0.0375 per CLN with a record date of 8 January 2016.

The Company further announces that pursuant to RNS Number 9641T made on 24 July 2016, the Company has today paid interest due to Unsecured Loan Note holders of £0.0375 per ULN with a record date of 8 January 2015.
