Information on AGM and possible move to AIM

The Board of Antisoma (the "Board") is considering the potential benefits of de-listing the Company's shares from the Official List and seeking their admission to trading on AIM. In the event that the Board approves such a course of action, a circular will be sent to Antisoma shareholders in order to seek their approval.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2011, which was originally scheduled for September 2011, will be delayed pending the conclusion of the Board's deliberations. Notice of the AGM will be posted as soon as practicable thereafter.
