Holding in Company
The Board of Proton Power announces that it was notified on 13 June 2008 that, Maan Abdulwahed Al-Sanea, through the direct interest of Awal Bank BSC and Lombard Atlantic Bank N.V. in Proton Power had a notifiable interest of 9,125,000 ordinary shares in Proton Power, equivalent to 14.87% of the issued share capital.
Following the Admission of Placing Shares on 28 May 2008 Awal Bank BSC increased its direct interest in the Company to 7,875,000 ordinary shares in Proton Power, equivalent to 12.83% of the issued share capital.
In addition, the Board of the Company was notified on 13 June 2008 that Lombard Atlantic Bank N.V. no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 61,390,863 ordinary shares of 5 pence
per share.
