Holding(s) in Company

Salt Lake Potash Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been notified, as a result of the share placement announced on 31 March 2016, of the following relevant changes to shareholdings in the Company:

- The Company was notified on 6 April, via the filing of a Form 603 - Notice of initial substantial holder - with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"), that JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates have become a substantial holder with an interest in 7,941,177 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 6.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

- The Company was notified on 5 April 2016, via the filing of a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder - with the ASX, that Arredo Pty Ltd's relevant interest in 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares has reduced from 10.40 per cent to 8.32 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
