Buckland Group PLC06 July 2005 BUCKLAND GROUP PLC ('Buckland' or 'the Company') The Company has been informed that on 8 June 2005 Prof. Richard Price purchased500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.25p per share and 500,000ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.22p per share.
