First Interim Dividend Announcement
Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), a UK-focused income fund that invests primarily in solar assets, is pleased to announce the Company's first interim dividend for the financial year which ends on 30 June 2021 (the 'First Interim Dividend'). Unless otherwise noted herein, the information provided in this announcement and any asset valuations underlying such information is unaudited.
The First Interim Dividend of 2.00 pence per Ordinary Share (2020: 1.95 pence) will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 5 February 2021 with an associated ex-dividend date of 4 February 2021 and a payment date on or around 1 March 2021.
Following shareholder approval in July 2020, the Company has delinked its dividend target from the Retail Price Index and has adopted a progressive dividend policy. The Board is confident that it will meet its target dividend of 8.00 pence per Ordinary Share (2020: 7.90 pence) for the financial year ending 30 June 2021, as published in the Company's latest annual report for the financial year ending 30 June 2020.

About Bluefield Solar
Bluefield Solar is a UK income fund focused, primarily, on acquiring and managing UK-based solar projects to generate renewable energy for periods of typically 25 years or longer. Not less than 75% of the Company's gross assets will be invested into UK solar assets. The Company can also invest up to 25% of its gross assets into onshore wind, hydro and storage technologies.
