Publication of Financial Statements

Marlowe Holdings Limited (London-AIM: MRL) is today sending to shareholders a copy of its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015.

The Company reported a net profit of £29,000 for the year ended 31 March 2015 (2014 - £15,000). Basic and diluted earnings per ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2015 amounted to 0.48 pence (2014 - 0.25 pence). Net assets at 31 March 2015 were £3,161,000 (2014 - £3,132,000).

As announced previously on 15 May 2015, following the Company's financial year end, the company raised £5.2m through an oversubscribed share placing to provide further funds to pursue investment opportunities.

Change of Website

The Company also announces that it has changed its website. The new website, which contains the Company's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015, as well as all other information required in accordance with AIM Rule 26, may be found at www.marloweplc.com.
