RAM Investment Group PLC13 April 2005 13 April 2005 RAM INVESTMENT GROUP Plc ("RAM" or "the Company") GLOBAL BROADCASTING AGREEMENTS FOR FIFPRO WORLD XI PLAYER AWARDS SET TO REACH POTENTIAL AUDIENCE OF 650 MILLION VIEWERS Following the announcements on 4 October 2004 outlining a joint venture betweenRAM and FIFPro (Federation Internationale des Associations de FootballeursProfessionnels) to host the FIFPro WORLD XI Player Awards, and a commercialpartnership with Celador International, RAM is delighted to announce thatCeledor International has now secured agreements with broadcasters in China,Africa and Hispanic speaking US - with a total potential audience of 650m people- for the broadcasting rights for the event. RAM acquired, through its subsidiary, RAM Media Limited, exclusive rights to theevent for a five year period with an option to extend the rights after the firstfive events. RAM's exclusive rights allows it, in partnership with FIFPro, toexploit the event in all media, broadcast, production, promotion and commercialsales opportunities including sponsorship, merchandising, licensing, SMS andtelephony during period. RAM also plans, in conjunction with CeladorInternational, to include music performances at the annual event from theworld's premier music artists. Celador International represents all licensing and commercial rights connectedto the FIFPro World XI Player Awards including international television salesdistribution, products and interactive media. The company has already had a veryhigh level of response from networks in over 25 territories around the world andit is expected that more deals will be tabled and signed during the five days ofMIPTV in Cannes.
