EU Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive

ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") gives notice of the following:

As described in the Prospectuses, the MLI Security Agreement and the MLI Control Agreement include acknowledgements required pursuant to the EU Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive ("BRRD"). The CGML Security Agreement and the CGML Control Agreement do not include all the acknowledgments so required and the Issuer intends, with the consent of the Trustee (the Issuer having provided to the Trustee a certificate that in its opinion to do so is necessary or desirable to comply with a statutory or other requirement of law and not materially prejudicial to the rights of Security Holders) to enter into agreements to include such acknowledgments, not to come into effect prior to 23 June 2019.

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the same meanings as where used in the prospectuses of the Issuer dated 26 September 2018 and 22 August 2018.
