Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, A.S.17 April 2007 Press release Dividend proposal from the Board of Directors of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic Date: 17. 4. 2007 The Board of Directors of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. at its today'smeeting approved a proposal to the Annual General Meeting for a dividenddistribution of CZK 50 per share, i.e. total amount of CZK 16,104,495 thousandfrom the net profit for 2006 and retained profits from previous years. The proposed relevant dividend record date is September 10, 2007, dividendpayment date is proposed on October 3, 2007. The dividend proposal will be submitted to the Supervisory Board of TelefonicaO2 Czech Republic, which will review this proposal at its meeting on April 26,2007. The proposal including the Supervisory Board's standpoint will besubsequently submitted to the Annual General Meeting that will be held the sameday, i.e. on April 26, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at the Top Hotel Praha..
