Completion of the Disposal

EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc") announces that ESO Investments 1 LP ("ESO 1 LP"), a limited partnership in which it is the majority limited partner, yesterday disposed of its investment in Pinnacle Regeneration Group Limited ("PRG"). The disposal returned £7.4 million in total to ESO 1 LP. PRG's holding value pre-disposal was £7.0 million.
