Director's Dealings

London, UK, 14 June 2016 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") has received notification that on 13 June 2016 Dominic Tonner, a Director of the Company, 

transferred by way of gift 198,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company held in the name of Thomas Grant & Company Nominees Limited as follows:

1. 66,000 ordinary shares to his adult daughter, Grace Tonner;

2. 66,000 ordinary shares to his adult daughter, Kitty Tonner; and

3. 66,000 ordinary shares to his wife, Deborah Tonner.

Following these transactions, Dominic Tonner's beneficial interest in the Company is 2,468,837 ordinary shares, representing approximately 17.70% of the Company's issued share capital, as follows:

Dominic Tonner 2,402,837

Deborah Tonner 66,000

The Company's issued share capital as at the date of this notification is 13,951,773 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
