Director's dealing 

Arden has been notified that Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today transferred 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), into his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition Jonathan Keeling has today acquired an additional 8,510 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP also at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions Jonathan Keeling has a beneficial interest in 1,515,391 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.06 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. 

25,005,594 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
