Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the grant of awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Shares") on 25 June 2010 under the Burberry Group plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Sharesave Scheme"), the Company announces the following changes in the Share interests of its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").

In accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Scheme, Angela Ahrendts, a director of the Company has entered into a five-year savings contract and has been granted options over 2,773 Shares, at an option price of 557.00p per Share. The Options will become exercisable on 1 September 2015.

Following this transaction, Angela Ahrendts has an interest in 573,881 Shares and awards over 2,329,189 Shares.
