Director/PDMR Notification

26 November 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 25 November 2013, Experian Finance plc entered into a contract for differences over 350,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company at a reference price of 1,152.74 pence per share, for the purposes of hedging the cost of the Group's employee share plans. 

Don Robert and Brian Cassin, who are directors of the Company, are also directors of Experian Finance plc. Therefore, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Experian Finance plc is a connected person of Don Robert and Brian Cassin.

The notification to the Company, on 25 November 2013, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
