Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company was notified today that on 25 June 2013 Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, sold 206,104 ordinary shares in the Company to Matterhorn Assets, a connected person of Mr Masojada, at a price of 535p per share.

Matterhorn Assets is wholly owned by Matterhorn Trust, a trust of which Mr Masojada is a beneficiary.

The beneficial interest of Mr Masojada in the shares of the Company is unchanged as a result of this transaction and he continues to be interested in 3,326,023 ordinary shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).
