Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that the following directors were granted share options over ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs ("HMRC") Approved Share Option Plan on 12 August 2008. The awards will only vest in the event that eps growth exceeds rpi +3% pa.
