Colefax Group Plc (the "Company")
Director's Shareholding
The Company received notification on 18 September 2009 concerning the exercise of the following share options:
Robert Barker, Finance Director, exercised options over 225,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by the Colefax Group Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust at an aggregate exercise price of £3 in total. Following the exercise of these options Mr Barker has today sold 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.09 per share to fund part of the income tax liability arising on the exercise of the options. Following these transactions Mr Barker has an interest in 295,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.99% of the Company's issued share capital
Key Hall, US Chief Executive officer, exercised options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares held by the Colefax Group Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust at an aggregate exercise price of £1 in total. Following the exercise of these options Ms Hall has an interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital
