Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding
Following the vesting of awards granted under the Burberry Group plc Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004 on Monday, 10 August 2009, the Company announces the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"):
On Monday, 10 August 2009, Eugenia Ulasewicz, a PDMR, received 9,562 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"). 3,498 Shares were subsequently sold in London on 10 August 2009 at a price of 472.5597p per Share.
On Monday, 10 August 2009, Joy Frommer, a PDMR, received 5,312 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"). 2,133 Shares were subsequently sold in London on 10 August 2009 at a price of 472,5597p per Share.
Following these transactions Eugenia Ulasewicz holds 32,587 Shares and options and awards over 568,022 Shares and Joy Frommer holds 161,219 Shares and options and awards over 542,641 Shares.
The Company received notification of the above changes in Eugenia Ulasewicz and Joy Frommer's interest in Shares in the Company on 10 August 2009.
