LAMPRELL PLC("Lamprell" and with its subsidiaries the "Group")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Lamprell today announces the following share awards granted under the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and the Retention Share Plan ("RSP") to the executive Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility within the Company. These awards will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant and, in the case of the PSP, subject to achievement of performance conditions. The number of shares subject to the award is determined by using the closing middle market price of a Lamprell ordinary share on the average of the ten dealing days up to the day prior to the date of grant, being 74.21p per share.
