I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc ("Ordinary shares") in respect of the under-mentioned Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility:-
Mr E J Gray | Exercise of share option on 1 December 2011 to purchase 1009 Ordinary shares granted on 1 December 2008 under the GlaxoSmithKline plc Sharesave Plan at a price of £9.51 per share.
The sale of 1009 Ordinary shares on 1 December 2011 at a price of £14.1351 per share.
