The Board of Big Yellow Group PLC announces that David Ross tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company at the start of this week and, after careful deliberation, the Company has accepted the same with immediate effect.
Commenting, Nicholas Vetch, Chairman said:
"It is with sadness that we have accepted David's resignation. He joined the Board in March 2000 at the time of our IPO, and has provided tremendous support to me, James Gibson and Philip Burks over that time, and has helped us steer Big Yellow over the past eight years. I, and the rest of the Board, will miss his valued guidance and experience and wish him well for the future."
