Director Appointment

Further to the announcement of 25 June 2020, Northbridge, the industrial services and rental company, announces that it has appointed Stephen yapp as an independent non-executive director of the Group with immediate effect.

With over 25 years experience of public company boards, Mr Yapp, aged 63, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds an MBA. He is currently Chairman of Pittards plc and of a number of private companies. Until recently, he was non-executive director of Downing Strategic Micro Cap Fund and, from 2007 until the company was sold in 2016, he was Executive Chairman of Journey Group plc.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Harris, Chairman, said:
