AIM Rule Disclosure - Schedule Two (g) update
LP Hill (AIM: LPH) announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been notified of the following information by Nigel Weller, Non-Executive Director of the Company:
Mr Weller is currently a director of Montague Pitman Stockbrokers Limited ("MPS") and Falcon Securities (UK) Limited ("Falcon"). MPS and Falcon were placed into administration on 27 January 2010. Mr Antony Batty and Mr Stephen Evans of Antony Batty and Company LLP have been appointed as joint administrators to both MPS and Falcon. The administrations have not yet been concluded.
