Construction on schedule at RHA Tungsten Project
Premier African Minerals Limited, the AIM-traded, multi-commodity natural resource company with mineral projects located in Southern and Western Africa, provides details of the construction progress on its flagship RHA Tungsten Project ("RHA") in Zimbabwe. Premier is the operator of RHA and holds a 49% interest.
Highlights
· Plant fabrication remains on schedule for shipment from Johannesburg to RHA in May 2015;
· First run of mine ore has been stockpiled; and
· Mine recruitment program completed.

" The most gratifying event happening right now is the exposure of the mineralised lodes in the developing pit, as predicted in our resource model and the stockpiling of ore. Site construction remains on schedule. Plant fabrication is on schedule and the plant is expected to be shipped from Johannesburg in May 2015."

Further information
Process Plant
The fabrication of the process plant is on schedule for completion in May 2015. The majority of the plant components have been delivered to Appropriate Process Technologies ("APT") in Johannesburg. The main outstanding component is the cone crusher and the manufacturer has undertaken that this component will be on time. Detailed planning is currently underway to start transport of the components from APT in May 2015.
Earthworks and Civils work
Earthworks and civil works are currently on the critical path and is scheduled for completion by mid May 2015.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure development (power and water supply and reticulation) is underway with 50% of the piping completed. The generators will be ready for shipping early May and construction of the buildings have commenced.
Mining
Development of the open pit mining area is on schedule, with waste stripping underway and the first run of mine ore stockpiled. Mine planning and grade control procedures are currently being finalised in advance of production.
Qualified Person
Werner Swanepoel, Chief Operating Officer of Premier, has reviewed and approved this release. Mr Swanepoel has 21 years' experience in the Southern African mining industry and holds a Master's degree in Mining Engineering, an MBA and Mine Manager's Certificates in both Metalliferous and Coal Mining. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
