Completion of Acquisition

Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group plc (AIM: SAT), the global communications company specialising in rural and last-mile satellite broadband, announces that all of the outstanding conditions governing the acquisition of Avonline Satellite Services Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition") and the associated investment into the Company by Business Growth Fund plc ("BGF") (the "Subscription") have now been satisfied.

This follows the announcements on 07 July 2016 in relation to the Acquisition and Subscription and on 25 July 2016 in relation to the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting of the Company and, as such, the Acquisition and the Subscription have therefore completed.

Satellite Solution Worldwide Group plc CEO Andrew Walwyn commented:
