Engage Platform: Commercial Partnership Agreement Announcement
Dev Clever, a leading developer of brand gamification solutions, is pleased to announce a commercial partnership agreement with Yoyo, the payment-powered CX engine that helps retailers understand, engage and keep their customers. What makes Yoyo unique is its ability to match the identity of a customer to the time, the place and the items they buy, regardless of whether they shop in-store or online. With this invaluable purchase data, retailers can engage and target customers with personalised rewards, incentives and offers through a unique set of CRM, business intelligence and marketing tools.
Yoyo also provides an award-winning suite of app-based products designed to significantly enhance the customer's shopping experience, whether it's combined payment and loyalty, personalised rewards, digitally itemised receipts, order ahead functionality, or surprise & delight moments. This commercial partnership agreement will create a new level of gamification solutions through Dev Clever's Engage platform, which enables brands and retailers to deliver discount rewards and voucher-driven customer incentives. For the first time, these brands and retailers will be able to authenticate a qualifying purchase, as well as deliver digital vouchers to Yoyo-powered app users that can be redeemed through a scannable QR code.
