Change of Company Name

New Registered Office

The Board of First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) announces that on Friday 27th May 2011, it resolved, under authorities granted within the Company's Articles of Association, to change the Company's name from First Artist Corporation plc to Pivot Entertainment Group plc. The change of name is being processed by the Registrar of Companies.

The Company's shares will trade on AIM under the new name with effect from 8.00 AM on Thursday 2 June 2011 and the Company's TIDM will change from FAN.L to PVT.L. In order to reflect the change to the new name, the Company is changing its website address to www.pivotentertainment.com.

The Company also announces the move of its registered office within London. With effect from 20 June 2011, First Artist's (to be called Pivot Entertainment Group plc with effect from 2 June) new registered office is 48 Leicester Square, alongside the Dewynters operations. Concurrently the New York Office of Pivot Entertainment will be moving to 512 Seventh Avenue, alongside the Spotco operations.

Commenting on the change of name, Chief Executive, Jeremy Barbera said:

"We are delighted to announce the Company's change of name to Pivot Entertainment Group plc. The Board believes that the new identity better reflects the restructured business of the Company and clearly separates this business from the origins of its legacy operations. We are also pleased to announce that the corporate offices in both London and New York will shortly be based at Dewynters and Spotco respectively. This move will reduce costs while improving cohesiveness of the entire Group".
