EPE Special Opportunities ("the Company") announces that it has cancelled 88,750 shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") held in treasury on 31 May 2011.

Following the above, the Company now holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury ("Treasury Shares"). The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 30,802,911 Ordinary Shares.
