Chris Moore, aged 50, is currently Chief Executive of Torex Retail plc andChairman of retail IT services group XN Checkout. He has extensive plc expertisewith over 20 years experience within the IT sector. Up until its merger withiSOFT, Chris led the management team of the high profile European healthcare ITgroup, Torex PLC, where he built up the company by acquisition and organically,from a small company with a market capitalisation of £10 million to a £350million substantial group. Mark Woodbridge, aged 34, was Group Finance Director of Torex PLC from June 2000to December 2003, working alongside Chris during the group's transformation froma small company to a market leader. Previously Mark worked as FinancialController for Tarmac plc for five years, two of which were spent in Malaysia.
