BLOCK LISTING

TORONTO, June 1, 2015 – Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (the “Company”, “Canaccord Genuity”) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the listing of the following shares to be admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange:

(a) a block listing of 2,944,228 Common shares of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. to be issued pursuant to the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP);

(b) a block listing of 1,581,701 Common shares of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. to be issued pursuant to the Company’s CSH inducement Plan.

These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Common shares in issue of the Company.
