Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Bassam Hage has accepted his nomination to join the Board as independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 19th August 2019. Mr Hage will also join as a member of the Audit Committee.

Michael Tomalin, Co-Chairman of the Company and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, commented, "I am delighted that Bassam has joined the Board of Directors. He brings multinational audit and financial experience to the Finablr Board. Bassam has 40 years' experience at Ernst & Young and is a newly appointed member of the Audit Committee of International Monetary Fund (IMF) Washington effective from November 2019. He will be valuable to the Group's further growth and development. This appointment demonstrates the Board's commitment to further enhancing its composition both in terms of the skills and experience available as well as ensuring a balanced and diverse structure."
