Report and Accounts and AGM Notice

RAM has posted to its shareholders a copy of the Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2009, together with a notice of Annual General Meeting and a covering letter. The notice includes a resolution to seek approval from shareholders for the adoption of new articles of association primarily to take account of changes in English company law brought about by the full implementation of the Companies Act 2006 on 1 October 2009.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on 29 June 2010 at 2nd Floor Suite, Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1JJ.
