Athens, September 25, 2017 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A. or the Company), announces that:

Following OTE S.A.'s announcement dated August 22nd 2017, regarding the Schroders Plc disclosure of holding 24,613,771 shares of the Company with the corresponding voting rights, or 5.022% of total voting rights of OTE S.A., Schroders Plc notified OTE S.A. on September 22nd 2017, that it had incorrectly included 1,202,501 voting rights in its aforementioned notice, as these shares were under Schroders discretionary management without Schroders having the voting power. Consequently the number of voting rights held by Schroders Plc as of August 18, 2017, amounted to 23,411,270 representing 4.776% of the total voting rights in OTE S.A.

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p), article 14 par. 3 and article 21].
