(OTE S.A. or Company), announces that Mrs. Eleni Papadopoulou, OTE Group Chief Human Resources Officer, according to her transaction notification towards the Company dated 22/05/2017, sold, on 19/05/2017, 6,000 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €60,060.00.
