Adoption of new Articles of Association
The Company announces that it has today posted a Circular and Notice of a General Meeting to its Shareholders to be held on 27 October 2008 at the Company's Offices. The Circular contains a Special Resolution in relation to the proposed adoption of new Articles of Association in order to make the Company's Articles of Association consistent with those provisions of the Companies Act 2006 which are now in force.
Shareholders can review the draft New Articles in full on the Company's website, www.parkmeadgroup.com. and the main changes have been outlined in the Circular.
