Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 7 August 2019, the meetings of Security Holders of each relevant class of ETFS Classic and Longer Commodity Securities convened for 21 August 2019 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and the adjourned meetings, as will be specified in forthcoming notices convening the adjourned meeting, will be held on 2 October 2019 at the same place and time.

A further announcement shall be made once the circular incorporating the notices of the meetings is published.
