4imprint Group PLC ("the Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 740,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13p each to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares (representing 2.89% of the Company's issued capital) rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue and will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of the following executive share option schemes:-
4imprint Group PLC - EST Share Option Deed 2004 - 240,000 shares
4imprint Group PLC - Long Term Incentive Plan - 500,000 shares
These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules allow. It is expected that admission will be on 1 May 2009.
