LONDON (Alliance News) - OptiBiotix Health PLC on Thursday said the wife of a non-executive director bought 125,000 of the company shares on Wednesday.
Carol Anne Christine is the wife of Sean Christie, and she bought the shares at 80 pence each for a total of GBP100,000.
OptiBiotix said prior to the deal neither held shares in the company. The new stake is worth 0.2% of OptiBiotix's entire share capital.
Christie was finance chief of Croda International PLC from 2006 to 2015, and before than was head of finance at Northern Foods PLC, which left the London Stock Exchange in 2011.
The stock was down 4.6% on Thursday, at 74.9p a share.
