Cohort order book grows 10% in first four months of its financial year

Defence technology company Cohort said the size of its order book had expanded by about 10% between the end of April and the end of August. The company's order book had swelled to £210.9m, compared to £190.9m at the end of April, chairman Nick Prest said in speech notes for the company's annual general meeting. This order book now underpinned nearly 76% of the full year's externally forecast revenue, including recently announced September orders, compared to 60% at the same time last year.
